What do you like best about Axonaut?

I use it every day since the creation of my business in 2022. I appreciate having a comprehensive software from CRM to invoicing, including quotes and bank reconciliation. My clients also appreciate the digitization of quotes and invoices, being able to sign them online. The relationships with the accountant are also facilitated thanks to exports and access. Implementation was easy as well as usage, and the support service is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axonaut?

I don't see any drawbacks for my activity. What is less useful for me is the HR part and the professional bank account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Axonaut?

This is a comprehensive tool. The business owner can manage their entire activity from this software (invoicing, cash flow tracking and expenses, bank reconciliation, project management, cash budget).

It is also compatible with different devices (PC, tablet, and smartphone), ideal for those who are on the move.

The accountant can directly retrieve the information they need to prepare the financial statement (journals, FEC, PDF documents, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Axonaut?

Sometimes a bit too focused on e-commerce and requires adaptations for a traditional business (construction). But the extensive customization of settings allows for overcoming most of the issues encountered, and the product evolves every year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to get started with and to configure. It is comprehensive and really facilitates daily management in my SME. The documentation is complete, and the customer service is responsive. What do you like best about Axonaut?

Axonaut accompanied me for several months in the daily management of my business, and their CRM module proved to be particularly efficient. Easy to handle, smooth, well-designed for commercial tracking, with useful daily automations: everything you expect from a tool truly suited for small structures.

Beyond the product, I want to highlight the quality of customer support. During a strategy change imposed by my accounting firm (switch to another imposed solution), the Axonaut team showed great understanding and a true sense of service. A rare attitude that I commend.
