Also helps in report building which is very crucial for us. Finally, data capturing is another part that we are figuring out. **What do you dislike about Axonator FM?** Not much to dislike but since it's in the initial days- more hand-holding in terms of what use cases it can help and how does it bring the ROI(Helps with the buy-in from the management team) Using it for a few months and genuinely did not find anything much to dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Axonator FM:** It's a good platform and worth using it. IF you have the bandwidth and budget. **What problems is Axonator FM solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1) Gathering structured and unstructured data for all our client needs. 2) Surveys, thoughts, feedback- all captured in one go. 3) Reporting all this information to my stakeholders. 4) Team connectivity brings ease to our operation. ### 2. Once the app is deployed, the ease with which one can conduct surveys, populate /distribute data and information makes this platform amazing. It has an great responsive UI, making of an app feels so easy. With integration available, google drive is easily accessible. **What do you dislike about Axonator FM?** Although axonator is a very decent platform, the customer service is still catching up. They also do not have enough training material to guide one through the whole process to starting the app building process. It takes great time to figure out various business nuances and apply them. **Recommendations to others considering Axonator FM:** With $20 per user/month, this application helps you build great apps without looking to hire a full-time team of developers. It takes ages to customize and build for one's convenience. Distribution of these surveys to a larger audience and several different platforms.
