Axon Records is a records management system (RMS) that provides dynamic report-writing, configurable workflows, and deep integration with Axon Evidence. By reducing the administrative burdens of report-writing, Axon Records helps officers focus their time on serving their communities. Axon Records includes the following key features: Dynamic report-writing lets agencies replace almost any paper-based documentation and contains customizable templates for common reports, such as Incident Reports, Field Interviews, and Narratives. Agencies can also build custom forms, workflows, and user groups to suit their needs. NIBRS compliant fields and dynamic validation enable users to accurately report crime data while maximizing efficiency. Missing fields are flagged, and requests for revision and additional details are routed back to the report writers. Direct access to Axon Evidence allows users to seamlessly attach digital evidence from TASER devices, cameras, and citizen smartphones to an incident. Records reports are collaborative in nature and can be shared with involved officers, partner agencies, and prosecutors. An ever-growing set of modules, including Analytics, Bookings, Case Management, Permits, Property Management, and Warrants, facilitate documentation management from a single place.
