At first glance it looked a little intimidating but after a few training and tutorial sessions that were scheduled around my availability is was so easy to navigate getting to what we needed. The only downside was the our original rep left the company the Friday before our Monday launch and there wasn't an automatic person assigned to cover our account right away.
