I appreciate that the shipping for our products is the same for items that cost more or less points, and I also appreciate the regular reminder emails of what's still in your cart, along with items that may be discontinued or new to the store. It's easy for me to determine how many points to award my employees, knowing the shipping amount will be consistent regardless of which item they choose.
