"Narrowed Product Scope Compared to Alternatives as a Feature. Very Effective."

What do you like best about Axios HQ?

At first, I thought the lack of broader functionality, especially a robust visual editor would be a downside. In practice, I've found that restricting the customization of the newsletters has been very helpful. Axios does a great job at allowing you to write in a streamlined and effective manner. The Smart Brevity feature is super useful.

We've been using Axios for internal newsletters and the different teams writing them need an easy and quick way to get updates out the door. Removing the complexity of a highly customizable newsletter served that goal for us.

From the reader's perspective, the content we've sent out is very digestible. Axios' email layout structure makes it very easy for readers to retain information quickly. We've had unanimously positive feedback from everyone who has read the newsletters we've sent out so far.

In a world where we are constantly bombarded with content, less is 100x more. You want your readers to actually consume your content. Make it easy for them. Axios has made it easy for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axios HQ?

Axios is a young product, so they have quite a bit to work on to get up to parity with competitors. I now appreciate the narrowed focus around the customization of newsletters, but I do really wish we had more font options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AxiosHQ is a great communications tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Axios HQ?

AxiosHQ has improved our newsletter communications for both internal and external audiences. We love the overall format of the newsletters, and how easy it is to create compelling content. The Axios assets are unique and on brand, and a timesaver to find images for our communications! Smart Brevity has also been a lifesaver when attempting to create concise messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axios HQ?

Even though we love the Axios assets, sometimes it's difficult to find the right one. Feedback would be to create even more! The other part that is difficult is not being able to upload CSVs to update a list without needing to upload the entire list over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axios HQ?

Not much to dislike - they have a great hands-on team of account managers and are always willing to take suggestions on ways to improve the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Axios HQ?

I like the cards and they way they segment each section. Plus allowing graphics throughout is a great way to keep folks engaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axios HQ?

Very limited functionality, particularly with formatting. Bullets do not always load or present as they do in draft mode. Adding font colors would also be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axios HQ?

I want to be able to easily send emails to distribution lists and get analytics on each recipient. The integration with google is helpful, but it takes resources we don't have, unfortunately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Evolve your comms with ease!"
5/5
What do you like best about Axios HQ?

I love how easy Axios is to use! It gives automated suggestions for bolding, axioms, and sentence structure that make it easy to evolve your writing to Smart Brevity style. I love that their strategy is backed by research. It's really good for collaboration–you can assign team members to certain sections.

Recipients have easy ways to engage with your content.

The analytics are also great. You get a summary email after each send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axios HQ?

I actually dislike that the suggestions were moved farther away from the content, although I know others preferred them not to pop up over the text. There is also not a lot of flexibility in formatting and changing the look of your emails, but that is part of Smart Brevity and their researched approach, so I have to trust these limitations something. "Axios Streamlines Comms"

What do you like best about Axios HQ?

Axios has helped us to dramatically cut down on the length of our emails to our player pool, allowing our message to be more effectively communicated and received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axios HQ?

There are some formatting changes that would be helpful, we see a lot of additional spacing and moving card positions (ex: Moving down or up) can be tricky when they are different lengths. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
