It is built as two modules that work on their own or together, so you only use what you need and are not charged for the one you leave alone. Space booking The space module covers rooms, desks, halls, courts and pitches. It shows live availability, refuses double-bookings, and handles recurring bookings, buffer time between bookings, room layouts, equipment and catering add-ons, and your own pricing rules. Bookings can be held for approval before they are confirmed. Session booking The session module covers classes, courses and one-to-one appointments. Each session provider has their own calendar and attendee list, with a capacity limit so a class cannot be oversold. Invoicing and payments Invoicing is optional and built in. A booking can raise its own invoice, with the tax rate that applied at the time fixed onto it. Clients pay by card through Stripe, straight into your own account, or you record cash and bank transfers by hand. Deposits, part payments, refunds and credit notes all sit against the original invoice, and a full transaction log records every payment. Customer portal Your clients book through a branded portal on its own web address, or embedded in your website with a short snippet. They see live availability, book and pay without phoning you, and sign in with a one-time code sent by email, so there are no passwords to forget. Documents Insurance certificates, risk assessments, licences and policies are kept in a versioned library, attached to the buildings, spaces, clients and staff they cover. Each has a review date, an email goes out before it falls due, and every earlier version is kept. Also included Client records with booking history, notes and invoices together; email and SMS messaging; role-based access so each member of staff sees only their part of the system; an audit trail of who changed what; and a dashboard of the day ahead and what is outstanding. Accessibility Axiom Booking is designed and tested to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, across both the staff app and the customer portal. Every screen works by keyboard and with a screen reader, anything you can drag can also be done another way, and invoices are issued as tagged PDFs that a screen reader can follow. Security Staff sign in through Microsoft Entra, every request is scoped to your organisation so your data is kept apart from everyone else's, and card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. Pricing £2 per bookable item per month, where a bookable item is an active space or session provider. Unlimited staff users, every feature included, no tiers. Card payments carry a 1% platform fee, capped at 20p, on top of Stripe's own fees, and SMS is pay-as-you-go. 28-day free trial, no card required.
