Bugs - certain parts don't automatically update anymore (problem with events on the homepage now). And it looks like ticketing doesn't work anymore? Just logged into Support site and saw that there was a response to my question, but didn't receive an email to alert me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I sometimes run into issue with some of the corporate red tape on my end, as the company is small I cannot always get things I need (i.e. security, GDPR) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
