Great Syncing Solution with some Quirks **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Ben D. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2022 **What do you like best about Axcient x360Sync?** I've been using x360Sync since it was Anchor (2013) and I'm very pleased with the fact they have a local, fast server here in Canada, the desktop and laptop syncing works reliably with minimal downtime. It's easy to set up and explain to clients and It's fast to restore deleted files. **What do you dislike about Axcient x360Sync?** Any big product has its downsides. This one comes from the mobile app. Updates are infrequent, and often bug-inducing. Bugs take a long time to fix, making the app a less-than-desirable selling feature. Major updates are infrequent, but they do squash bugs. This can take time as support can take a while to chase down the issue and get development on it. **What problems is Axcient x360Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?** This solution enables us to ensure our client's data is protected and available at a moment's notice.
