"Good product but not quite there yet"
3/5
What do you like best about Axcient x360Recover?

The features and ability to switch from Hybrid to D2C if the hardware is down and we need time to fix it but allow backups to continue running in the time being. The cloud retention being separated from appliance is a big plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Recover?

The support. Not enough support for the x360recover platform. Not as great of support compared to the BRC team. The process to convert back from D2C back to the hybrid ( appliance to the cloud) backup.

Converting the BRC appliance to x360recover is tedious and doesn't show a progress bar which is very inconvenient due to the fact you don't know if the reimaging is working or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complete backup solution without chains!"
5/5
What do you like best about Axcient x360Recover?

No chains! Quick recovery to any point in time! Very flexible for local and off-site backups. Restoring to the cloud is a lifesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Recover?

Really nothing. A minor inconvenience in starting new subscriptions by having to contact sales. But, then again, this prevents startup errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DR Savior"
5/5
What do you like best about Axcient x360Recover?

The options for recovery, whether it's a system image or just a spreadsheet someone deleted. The (not free) option to forgo tools and get a drive shipped in an emergency is always a nice as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Recover?

There's some inconsistency with the ease of use, but it's simple for the most part and support can help iron out unusual behavior and make sure it's working as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Backup Software with Some Minor Limitations"
4/5
What do you like best about Axcient x360Recover?

Axcient x360Recover is relatively simple to use and keeps servers reliably backed up. The online backup and air-gapped protections help ensure that data will not be lost in the case of a malware infection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Recover?

In most cases, online backup if required. For customers with slow Internet connections or an extremely large amount of data, this can prove to be problematic. It would be helpful to have a local backup option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Stable and very easy to use"
5/5
What do you like best about Axcient x360Recover?

D2C has been a wonderful addition to our platform offerings for our clients. We have recently moved all of our customers off of Crashplan and brought them over to Axcient D2C due to its simplicity and stability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Recover?

If there was one complaint I would have, it would be that there is no Mac OSX support for D2C. It would be nice to have an equally simple solution for our Mac Users. However we have made do with x360 sync as a way to back up files for those users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As i have mentioned that it is very simiilar to office 365 that is why people prefer it very less but still i can rate it 4/5 as it has all the features which are useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Works Well! Some vestigial complexity"
4/5
What do you like best about Axcient x360Recover?

The software works well and offers a lot of options, including unlimited storage, which is great to have as it allows us to retain data, including multiple versions over longer periods of time to protect against ransomware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Recover?

The system is made from older component systems such as Replibit, so there's kind of an overlay to manage all of these and the interface isn't as clean or automated into a single system yet, and you have to go to a couple places to mange it. I t would be nice if we could more easily edit customer names as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing Backup Software w/ great features."
5/5
What do you like best about Axcient x360Recover?

X360 Recover has great features including a direct to cloud option for laptops and other devices where you can't connect to a local backup device. The central management console that provides a single pane of glass is also a great feature, it allows us to see the status of all our protected systems, backup devices, replication vaults, and any issues in one quick glance which is great for our techs who manage our backups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Recover?

Recovery speeds when having to download large disk images can be slow and occasionally fail as it is browser based, same issue occurs when trying to navigate through large folder structures in the backup if looking for a small subset of data to restore, but it has never precluded us from restoring. "Great product at a reasonable price"
5/5
What do you like best about Axcient x360Recover?

I like the ability to be able to run up the device in the cloud for testing as well as all fo the options provided to get your device restored. They allow you to export to VDI, VMDK, and direct to disk. The unlimited storage and retention is also a nice selling point for us. I love the report which shows all endpoints in one email. Saves us a lot of time hunting for backup status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Recover?

I do not like that they are missing some basic features that other products provide. For example the ability to run a backup that was missed once a pc comes online. I also would like the ability to restore a file from the web directly to the users computer. Without the need to install a desktop application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
