It is helping us in maintaining the daily backup in ourcomplex infrastructure environment. The disaster recovery is great and we can spin any VM whenever there is some issue. The steps are also easy and can be taught to novice employees as well.

Axcient is very quick setup and maintain. We have tested the BDR in a sandbox enviroment and have been pleasently surprized with the performace. The REAL test happened when our clients server crashed unexpected. Within 20 minutes the customer was rolling as if nothing happened.

The Axcient device itself is Linux based kernal. Some of our technicans had trouble using Linux command line information. We had one person skilled in CLI and they had no issues.

It is very user friendly. Backups are fast and there are multiple ways to easily restore files or perform a full disaster recovery either using your own onsite hardware or on their cloud platform.

The Windows backups use VSS so typically our issues are related to Windows problems and not the x360 software. I will be happy once the legacy license portal is full integrated into the partner portal.

Having a simple solution that we can apply to all of our customers. x360 gives us the flexibility of keeping local backups in addition to their direct to cloud offering for customers that do not want additional hardware costs.
