I like the way the backups are restored and the best part is the object based back up restored. So you can restore the specific file/folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support team response rate is slow but they are techincal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Axcient x360Cloud is a great product and does what it does best, backing up Microsoft 365\GSuite users in a cloud to cloud scenario. The product is extremely easy to onboard and setup new customers, has "set it and forget it" settings, unlimited storage, and has robust search and restore options. Quite a nice bang for your buck! No easy backup options for MS Teams. You can choose to backup MS Sharepoint and OneDrive which do contain Teams data, but group and private chat history and other channel info are not backed up natively. Requires an MS Flow to be created and requires all users in each channel to be licensed and added in the backup as well as their OneDrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Inability to customize retention settings. The lack of integration with PSA solutions. The lack of reporting. NO ability to protect D365 applications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Good partner in Axcient and SSO/MFA built into the platform are a plus. Storing data outside of Azure is a good benefit along with decent reports. Multiple restore paths are possible as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
However, there are a number of shortcomings with a limited number of backups per day with no ability to change it. Additionally, no Role-Based Access Controls or API really hampers the security and automation with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is effective and simple to setup. It covers more of the MS suite than other products we vetted. We'd been using/supporting it for over 2 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far so good. They listened to feedback and improved the UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As the owner of my business, I am far less technically-skilled than some of our technicians. That said, and despite the fact that I missed my onboarding call, I was able to setup Cloudfinder on our own O365 instance in under ten minutes. It's straightforward and just works.
The pricing model is excellent, it covers unlimited retention, and ultimately it's an easy sell to our clients.
The thing that we like the most about Cloudfinder is that it's clear to clients just how valuable it can be not just in disaster/ransomware scenarios, but as well as in the normal operation of business. Losing/corrupting/misplacing files is common and a ton of time is lost to it in nearly every company without a solution like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface could be a bit more verbose, a bit of additional detail on warning/error messages when a client token expires or other similar occasional issues would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The time to add an entire tenant. It takes less than 10 min and you are backing up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lack of customer access. This something that desperately needs to be implemented Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
