The setup phase of getting it going was pretty rough. I had to have multiple calls and we still weren't getting it backing up. Then the login process with 2 factor was messed up. In particular, we 2 had main issues: the service let us down on a restore (emails were not there as they should have been) and the OneDrive and SharePoint services were constantly stuck in onboarding state.
