The support is awesome and easy too work with. Axcient is easy to use and has alot of useful feature and it fit will with exisiting hardware and was easy to implement and we use daily to ensure that our backups are working Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service is fantastic. They are always quick to help with anything you need. The user interface is great and easy to understand. Microsoft 365 is easy to backup and support. The server online backups are fantastic. They are easy to restore as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes being able to manage multiple MSP accounts can be a pain. Maybe easier ways to search to find users we need to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
