The platform is a set and forget type service which we liked. Implementation was quite seemless and all seemed well until (see other feedback) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Axcient x360Cloud? Until.... we tried to recover from x360. Although Im not a technical engineer (I leave that to our technical support people here) , there were a number of issues with several of my clients when attempting to recover data. I dont know the specifics but our recovery rate was 60% recover to 40% not recoverable which was troubling. As a result we switched platforms at the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We still have this active as an archive for most clients but when that service hits the 1-year anniversary, we will be discontinuing x360. Our biggest downside was we were not informed about the "fair use" storage limit and was lead to believe it was unlimited. Good partner in Axcient and SSO/MFA built into the platform are a plus. Storing data outside of Azure is a good benefit along with decent reports. Multiple restore paths are possible as well. However, there are a number of shortcomings with a limited number of backups per day with no ability to change it. We have a few clients using x360Cloud, but it is not our primary M365 backup platform due to the shortcomings within the service.
