We wanted them not only to make an awesome mobile app but also make it possible to order our products from our mobile app. In the beginning their team took the time to thoroughly grasp our business. Then they started developing process. Throughout the process, they kept us involved and well-informed, regularly presenting mock-ups and prototypes that showcased their ideas. Beyond the user interface, Awsmd engineered a robust backend system that facilitated seamless order processing and product delivery. Our goal was to revamp our website to give it a new look/feel. At first, they explored and desiged out the functionality of our site. For web development, they provided UI/UX design and built site from scratch. They used Figma for UI/UX design. After discussion, we agreed on one concept, and they continued to refine it. We had multiple feedback sessions and conversations with them, but the process was relatively straightforward.
