**What do you like best about AWS Wickr?**

The ability for messages to disappear and have a burn timer on them is useful. Great for protecting communication and having a security. 

**What do you dislike about AWS Wickr?**

It is difficult for users within the system to adapt to the product. Most people were not used to the shift because they were used to using apps like Slack or Whatsapp. 

**Recommendations to others considering AWS Wickr:**

Only resort if you are looking for complete security. There are much better products available. 

**What problems is AWS Wickr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems stem mostly for the inability to quickly add a large group of people to a chat. The users names accompanied by employees are not straightforward and it is hard to add users to a chat even if they are in your network. Benefits come almost solely from secure communication.
