AWS Governance Intelligence Platform transforms AWS environment evidence into board-ready documentation. It analyzes configuration data to create governance reports for board presentations and leadership reviews, replacing traditional methods using agents and questionnaires. The process begins with a CloudFormation template establishing a read-only role in the AWS environment. The platform assumes this role to examine configurations and generate a board pack documenting infrastructure observations. Existing systems remain unmodified, and access permissions expire on a set date. Using a read-only security architecture with federated access, the platform avoids storing AWS credentials. Explicit Deny policies block access to sensitive data, such as object contents, secrets, and logs. This ensures strict data boundaries while gathering governance evidence. The platform delivers factual, evidence-based assessments from actual infrastructure configurations.
