The startup timings (provisioning a new node and starting job ) are impressive. Logs are easy to access, multiple scheduling options are great. **What do you dislike about AWS Glue?** The logs are very delayed. For a job with too many past execution runs, it takes quite a while to load in UI. You cannot install a custom software / library in the container. Previously we were using MWAA for running out ETL worloads and we faced issues where whole cluster and all jobs will get affected. For the Transformation layer, AWS Glue has so many in-built Dynamic Frame transformations available. If you are not that much familiar with AWS Glue Dynamic Frames we can AWS Glue Studio which has the Visual representation of the Glue transformation layer.
