At first, it feels complicated for beginners to get started with it. The interface of half of the applications is still pretty old. Also, the billing of the used cloud services is not mentioned in detail. It has a very overall view of the prices. Sometimes, you really need to optimize your expenses all the time. There are a lot of things that make it the best choice for our organization. It provides a great level of security and data privacy which is harder to implement on our own. I like the fact that it is just a 2 min process to run a VM and get your products deployed. It also can monitor resources and costs for all of them through the dashboard and also the ability to get SMS alerts for certain situations like server overload etc.

It also has a very good selection of topics for the tutorial videos that are easy to follow, so you don't need to go anywhere else to learn more about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my experience of using it so far I have not encountered any major issues but to nitpick I would say just like other clouds it also has some delays when spinning up a VM or some services respond slowly but occasionally.

Its cost might be one of the cons as it is cost-effective only when used with proper planning or you might end up paying the extra cost for just using 10% of service as the remaining were not useful for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
