What do you like best about AWS Config?

I love the timeline feature. Very nice to be able to see a timeline view of changes to a resource, as well as any linked resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AWS Config?

Config does not show resource names, only resource AWS IDs. It makes it more difficult to know which resource you're viewing. For instance, when looking at the EC2 instances, Config only shows the instance ID, so in order to know which instance you're looking at, you have to go to the EC2 console and match up the instance ID. If you are looking for an AWS native tool to track compliance and changes to resources over time, this is the tool to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
