It's really a powerful tool to use, you can configure really complex workflows. You can easily integrate it to any type of workflow with different services and tools. It integrates best with the AWS own Code tools (CodeBuild, CodeCommit, etc) but has compatibility with other vendors that are standard (Github, Jenkins, etc).
