Cloud Trail offers the capabilities to monitor all the changes happening over an AWS account. What problems is AWS CloudTrail solving and how is that benefiting you? Cloud Trail is very useful for it's main feature of storing all kinds of changes happening over an aws account. In my company, we leverage this very feature to have a ledger of all the changes happening in the system and moreover the feature of going through all historical changes if something went wrong in the aws account. I am mostly using CloudTrial to detect the activities in my organisation's AWS account. For example if a person terminate any ec2 instance, we can reack it using the resource nme or event name. Its pretty good in terms of data that it provides for each operation being done by any user in AWS and we can view the details of each operation along with ways to link this data to lambdas for any customized flows.
