AWS Cloud Formation is an easy to use infrastructure as a code tool that provides access to create and run templates with an easy drag and drop method. We have the flexibility to choose whatever resources we want to create and can even establish the connection between the resources. It is super easy to understand the flow of the model built inside the cloud by using cloud Formation and we can monitor the real time functioning of the model created in cloud Formation. It is beginner friendly and easy to create templates. Using cloud Formation it was difficult to keep track of large number of resources used in the template and also the names given to the resources while creating templates were not visible in the model built. I like the way Cloud Formation provides the facility to build and configure AWS-based deployment using a script. Building its script requires some knowledge of cloud formation template formats but once it's done it makes it very easy to deploy, configure and update containers in ECS using just one click. It is also possible to deploy more than one service using one cloud formation template at the same time which is the thing I like the most. It saves a lot of time. AWS CloudFormation provides a way to manage infrastructure as a code and can be used multiple times to avoid repeatation of same process. It supports YAML and JSON both.
