It can automatically find the fault in the instance and shows if the instance is unhealthy - automatic termination is done by autoscaling, and the new instance is created. If there is a certain time when unpredictable load will come to your application but you have no idea how many instances will be required for the load, you simply create an ASG and define a threshold for CPU utilization above the threshold ASG will create new instances within seconds.
