The tool is very easy to understand, so that even customers who do not have any specialist knowledge can easily be integrated into the work processes. We were looking for a tool that combines project management and time management and with Awork we found a tool that can do much more and is constantly being developed. Above all, the support is fabulous. Since we want to include our customers in the projects, we were looking for a way that customers who have their own account can be included. The best thing about this software is its helpline and guideline. Whenever you got stuck in any problem during doing your duty the guides are always up for the help you just have to open the resolution center and hit send your difficulty and they will make you provide you with the best suitable solutions for your query. The time tracking feature is the best and vital one so far in my opinion. As you upload your work and get started this feature goes on alert and notes every single bit of movement you do and which is rigorously effective in tracking the time wasters, money scams, project budgets, and billable to non-billable ratios. There is no doubt in this tool’s efficiency but there are some factors that make it less desirable in terms of graphics and display. As it has a digital configuration which makes it a little bit boring all the numbers and words scrolling around on your screen can be fascinated for the science nerds but can be highly undesirable by a creative mind which always craves fun to work to make it more desirable and productive. The text editor is the other issue that gets bugs sometimes a lot which also happens on java script solutions. Some of the creative features are missing but I’m glad the administrative panel behind all success and establishment improves their product on monthly basis and adds on the missing features every on and off.
