Implemented AWIN as the backend for our affiliate program. We previously used ImpactRadius, but the cost of ImpactRadius was higher than we liked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The platform is easy to implement on a technical side. Tracking snippets are simple for any engineer to implement quickly.

AWIN provides a decent API for additional data.

Flexible rules for for different partners, allowing custom affiliate rates and groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

List of publishers that apply to our affiliate program are spam or low-rate publishers

Finding partners or people to join your affiliate program is still on the affiliate program owner. The list of publishers are not great, and most don't provide value or are not in a similar market or country. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

AWIN is good if you want a platform that can be the backend for your affiliate program, and will take care of tracking, reporting, and payments for you.

AWIN will probably NOT help you find more people to join your affiliate program. They tout a large database of members, but most of those will not be successful for your program (unless you want your coupon code everywhere...huge database of people with coupon websites) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

AWIN provided the platform for our affiliate program used by our partners. AWIN makes it easy to have a hands-off affiliate program that takes care of billing, tracking, and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Awin network is supposed to PAY the approved and cleared commissions, but instead of rightfully paying it, the hard-earned money that we generated over the course of several months is being kept from us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Absolutely terrible network! They kept our hard-earned money from us and treated us very unfairly. It was an absolute displeasure working with Awin. We generated numerous sales over the course of many months, and they did not pay us even a single time. In addition, they suspended us without any previous warning, even though we did not violate any of their terms and conditions. Plus, even after clarifying everything they still won't pay us. All of our commission was cleared but they kept the money and suspended us. They even did a testing transaction but took advantage of our months of hard work and did not pay us a single penny for it!. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a blogger, I am in hundreds of affiliate programs, which usually are scattered across different affiliate networks so I've used many different platforms. https://herpaperroute.com/AWIN is my absolute favorite. It is sleek, modern, easy to use, has excellent reporting as well as wonderful customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

AWIN is a convenient platform to easily track my programs and commissions. I appreciate how many high-quality programs are hosted on AWIN and payments are always on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There isn't anything I dislike. If I were to make a recommendation, I would suggest adding a feed for coupons, to be able to quickly get a list of all active coupons, without having to check each program individually for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
