UI / UX The dashboard itself is functional rather than flashy, but the parts I use daily work reliably. Setting up deep links is straightforward: I can drop in an unwrapped destination URL and Awin handles the tracking wrapper automatically, which saves me from manually building tracking links for every new creator. Coupon code tracking is a standout feature for us since a lot of our creators promote with a discount code rather than a link. Attribution on codes works independently of click tracking, so we don't lose sales just because someone typed in HEATHER20 instead of clicking through. Integrations We migrated to Awin from ShareASale, and the switch was worth it mainly because of the platform's publisher network. A day or two of delay on a support ticket can mean missed attribution on a post that's already out. The platform itself isn't especially intuitive for the influencers I work with. I regularly get messages from creators asking for help navigating their own dashboard, understanding how to grab their tracking link, or figuring out why a sale isn't showing up yet.
