We have been working with Aweber for more than 7 years. We are based in Europe Up to present they had easy and manageable campaigns. In June 2025 they changed campaigns to workflows as to match Get Response interface and our new experience is TERIFYING. We have long automated training for employees - more than 80 e-mails training, this needs a very compact view of the e-mails and timings, we always introduce new training e-mails that need to be very specifically added in the Workflow. After having changed their Campaigns interface the user interface has become a true NIGHTMARE. Before we could see 15 messages + timings on one page, with an easy scroll on whatever point of the campaign. Now they display a BIG SQUARE on the page, NOW WE CANT SEE ANYTHING inside the workflow WE CANT look anymore inside for the right place to introduce the new e-mails. We asked their team if we can have the possibility to switch to the previous interface and they said no, its not possible If you want to add a big problem into your life, that is killing time and your nerves work with the new Aweber Workflows. Their platform was familiar and served our digital marketing needs adequately for years, which made it initially a go-to choice for affiliate marketers like myself. The implementation of new sending limits combined with significant price increases shows a clear disconnect from their loyal customer base. As someone who's built their business around email marketing, these changes forced me to downgrade to a free account and migrate to Moosend, which offers better value, more transparent pricing, and superior customer support. While AWeber previously solved our email marketing needs by providing a platform for reaching our subscribers, their recent changes have created more challenges than benefits. The new sending limits and price increases have actually hindered our ability to effectively communicate with our audience as digital course creators and affiliate marketers. The supposed solution of 'improved services' has resulted in: -Restricted sending capabilities that limit our business growth -Higher costs without proportional value increase -Forced downgrades to free accounts -Need to migrate subscribers to alternative platforms like Moosend This has particularly impacted our ability to maintain consistent communication with our course members and digital product customers.
