**What do you like best about AWeber?**

I really appreciate AWeber's ease of use, which makes my tasks simpler. The platform automates sending a weekly email to subscribers, which is quite helpful. I also value the email blast feature as it efficiently handles my newsletter distributions. Additionally, the initial setup of AWeber was very easy, and the pricing was a factor that influenced my decision to switch from Mailchimp. Overall, these aspects make AWeber a good choice for my needs.

It took me a brief minute to navigate through, but once I did, it was really easy to set up.

There are a lot of boxes that you can move around, and it got kind of confusing at first.  Once I got the hang of it was easier to move around.  But I felt like there was an easier system for me.

**What do you like best about AWeber?**

AWeber has a variety of tutorial videos and webinars that are very helpful for helping me organize my traffic needs. I have used AWeber to build my list for years. When my VA wanted me to use a different autoresponder, I told her I did not plan on switching. She dumped everything in my lap because she didn't know how to use AWeber. I still wouldn't switch. I'm using the database of questions and answers as well as the videos and webinars. Help has been offered when asked, too. I won't change autoresponders. I have thousands in my different sequenced emails and love it.

The downside of using AWeber is there are so many things you can do within each email sequence or within each list. There can be a lot of steps and tags and options for adding to different follow-up sequences. I am always learning more of their brilliant tools.

I like the ui and the welcome email to build your email chain.

**What do you dislike about AWeber?**

They made it where you have to have an official email address that you pay for in order to send emails now which was around $95 a year on top of the monthly membership where I was paying $35.

It solved having to send out personal emails for every sign up with the feature that allows you to implement their name in the email which creates a better open rate percentage.

Aweber is comparatively an easy solution for email marketing and can also be used for some basic ecommerce marketing needs. We choose this platform for our marketing department because it is easy for us to work with, it comes with all fundamental features required for a successful marketing, and it is quite market competitive and I would say fairly priced software.

**What do you dislike about AWeber?**

There are times when you accidentally host unsubscribed people on your list or you want to host additional people that aren’t on the list – in any case, you will be charged extra and this cycle leads to an immense bill which is not a favorable situation for any company. We have been affiliated with the platform for ever since and for most of the part we have now become a part of it and know or how-to-do’s, however, sometimes we want to do segmentations at once while sending a newsletter but it’s just not possible – I do hope they will include this option soon!

**What problems is AWeber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are plenty of benefits to quote here but the foremost one is that it gets the job done in the best possible manner – that’s your email marketing. There are plenty of templates available to choose from. We can automate our email marketing campaigns by opting for its email responder option alongside other features that includes; amazing integration with Canva, integration with web-fonts, and numerous third party tools and apps. If you are looking for a decent and reliable platform for your email marketing campaigns – AWeber will be a good choice. It is easily adapted and understood by employees, it is easy to work with, the integrations are amazing and you can get all of it on fairly reasonable pricing plans.

The drag-and-drop feature in designing broadcasts is easy to use. The dashboard is pretty user-friendly. Adding tags to the URLs is easy to figure out, as well.

**What do you dislike about AWeber?**

The software feels outdated. Doesn't offer some of the capabilities that other email marketing platforms use. For example, in Mailchimp and Klaviyo you can edit the image once it's uploaded, but you can't do that in AWeber.

According to me, the Aweber drag and drop builder is one of the top-class and easy-to-use features. also, they provide lots of beautiful already customized email templates for use. Also setting up all things is very easy because of its clean and easy-to-understand UI.

I think the price selection of Aweber is not so much impressive. I think the Aweber team needs to evaluate its pricing and plans. Also sometimes I feel I need some more features which are not present in aweber.

Yes! I strongly recommended Aweber to others, If you have a good budget to spend on email marketing tools then you definitely choose Aweber. But if you have less budget or no budget at this age then, in my opinion, try some other solution.

Aweber has been around a while.  It is a great email marketing tool for those who are involved in digital and affiliate marketing.  It has many features such as split testing; they have many email templates, landing page builder, it hosts and import email lists from other sources without problems and with different file types.

**What do you dislike about AWeber?**

When people unsubscribe from your list, they will still be billed.  However, this is easily fixed by removing all persons who have unsubscribed from your list.

Aweber offers free and paid services.  The paid service is very affordable.  The free service allows you a maximum of 500 subscribers and you get most of the features.  This platform is easy to navigate when you are setting up your email list to be broadcast.

the best Personalized Email Marketing and Automation website I've ever used!
While we were working on the launch of our new product, we realized that we could use automation and email marketing to help get it off the ground. We created an automated series of emails for users signing up for our early access list that would send them a welcome message, followed by three automated messages over the next week or so leading up to the launch date. Each message was personalized — with their first name and last initial — as well as themed around specific aspects of what they would learn in using our product. The result: A better experience and increased engagement from interested subscribers.

Monthly fees are expensive on comparison with competitor products. It is really hard to measure the value of a service that you use monthly because your usage changes month by month. You might not need any service at all in some months, but it can be very difficult to predict whether this will happen or how much it will cost you if it does. The problem increases when you’re talking about a complex application like an insurance policy or a financial product such as a pension fund. If you misjudge your needs, it could be extremely costly – perhaps leaving you without enough money for other necessities later in life or even forcing you into

I like it because it has a fast response time. I enjoy the customer service as well. What I use for is split testing my campaigns. Quick response time and customer service are excellent.

It's just confusing for more advanced people. As for as I know, it's ok for now. There are no problems using it.

I love the email marketing features of A-Webber. I took a couple of days to get around setup my email marketing automation but once done everything was smooth and I didn't have to get back again.

I'd say the initial setup was a bit of a learning curve to tackle but once done it didn't seem to be much of a hassle. I'd like the reporting to be a tad bit stronger, but its good overall.

Email automation. Automation at A-webber saves me a ton of time each month and its worth the initial setup costs in terms of time. Overall I'm satisfied with the wok done there.

As an affiliate marketer AWeber is a great autoresponder tool for my bulk email send campaigns.  It's straightforward to set up groups of bulk email sends that are logical.

I like the ease of use of Aweber. I've been able to train several individuals on how to use Aweber with extreme ease. Aweber also has an immense amount of functionality, and I rarely encounter limitations with it.

**What do you dislike about AWeber?**

The only real issue I have with Aweber is the way that they report stats. If you're trying to track month-to-month subscriber growth/subscriber loss, you may run into issues (as I did). After talking to support, I guess the issue comes from the fact that Aweber reports unsubscribers as subscribers for some reason. I still do not know how to intelligently interpret Aweber's stats page, and I'm fairly comfortable with analytics in general.

Aweber is a solid choice for anyone looking at robust email marketing platforms.

The problem I'm trying to solve with Aweber is communicating with a diverse group of people with diverse interests. Segmentation is one issue that Aweber handles rather nicely. You can easily create segments, new email lists, and manage them efficiently.

aweber has problems sending information, where email addresses have to be related in a secure way. I think the price is good, and have switched away from Constant Contact because of this.  There are tons of things I want to use--automation, segmenting lists, setting up series of emails, blog broadcasting...

However, getting started has been terribly hard.  Many of their videos get you to a certain point--and then there is an upgrade or something that makes it different than what is shown.  I also find it overwhelming to set up everything at once, and needed a much clearer do step A, then this is B.  Instead, I get started on A... realize that, actually, I need to also set up C... then loop back to A and almost get to B when I find that there was something potentially great in D....

Be patient with yourself while getting started, and set aside a lot of time.

**What do you like best about AWeber?**

It is a good strong email marketing software. I am a big fan of email deliverability, and Aweber delivers! If a tool has tens of fancy features but can't get emails delivered, the features are not of much value. Aweber focusses on deliverability and that's why we love using it. We use various different email marketing tools since email marketing is a service that we specialize in at SeeResponse (www.seeresponse.com), and I think Aweber is one of the few that we trust and recommend to our customers for their campaigns. 

Other than great deliverability I really like their dashboard view. The dashboard displays a quick account overview, subscriber stats, metrics from your recent campaigns, and stats from your lists. Another good thing with its dashboard is that right from that page one can quickly lookup/search a contact from the "list stats" section. This allows you to update contact status or subscribe/unsubscribe a particular contact. This is great because it saves you additional navigation steps.

**What do you dislike about AWeber?**

Well, I like most of Aweber's features and the fact that it is simple and easy to use when it comes to setting up the software and sending out email campaigns. One feature however that I think Aweber can work on making better is the default view that's associated with a list vs the account -- which is different from most email software out there. To elaborate, the default view will always be associated with a list what they refer to as "Current List". From a user perspective, this means that you have to skip between the lists to see campaigns send to that list. This as opposed to the more standard campaign list view that most other email software have is a little tricky to get used to, esp. when you are starting off new on Aweber or you use many different tools and switch between them for your campaigns.

**Recommendations to others considering AWeber:**

If you are looking for an email marketing or email broadcast software that is easy to use, comes at a fairly reasonable price, and does the job when it comes to making sure the emails go in the inboxes and not in the junk/spam folders and with all the necessary reporting functionality then give Aweber a try. We have used it for our email marketing customers at SeeResponse and have been successful in creating value and generating ROI. They also offer a one-month free trial which allows you some time to play around with the software, test features to see if they fit your needs and run a few campaigns in the process!

We use Aweber to schedule email outreach campaigns for our customers.  Most of these are weekly and monthly newsletters that we build and send out on behalf of our clients. The fact that Aweber provides great email deliverability allows us to engage subscribers and we are able to derive better value from our email marketing services for our clients. The downside of using Aweber is that there's no free plan. You can only try it out for a free trial, but once that's done it's done. In essence, this service is only for paid users.

I currently use AWeber to send email newsletters for a client. The client has compiled a list of over 5,000 people over the years, and one of the easiest ways to make their phone ring is to send a newsletter each month. Usually, each email generates several large projects. AWeber offers List Building, which allows me to create as many different lists as I need in AWeber and send newsletters to a specific group or segment easily. In addition to being able to create multiple lists, each list can be further divided by adding tags to each subscriber.

**What do you dislike about AWeber?**

While AWeber's prices are generally competitive, it would be nice if there were a free tier for beginners and those just starting to build a list, and if the lowest pricing tier had a higher ceiling for subscribers. I would like them to improve the design of standard templates, although it is possible to send beautiful emails with AWeber, their standard designs for templates and forms are somewhat dull and outdated. There are also issues with the reports; from time to time, we have had problems with the reports not being accurate.

Excellent service to be implemented in your company! I recommend it, as I have used it and know how useful it can be!

Aweber gives us complete control over all aspects of our email marketing campaigns. We can establish various mail lists that can target different needs, easy drag and drop email responders, a fairly easy to use email template, and easy integration with other apps and software. Opt-in is also fairly straightforward. The email template builder contains many modules that meet all the needs of an email blast. Managing mailing lists and scheduling email broadcasts is easy. AWeber also provides great support, both via their customer service and through their blog posts, which are very helpful and full of good ideas. 

**What do you dislike about AWeber?**

The email templates are a bit clunky and could use more frequent updating. Creating and using columns in the email templates is frustrating.

AWeber is the granddaddy of email management for a reason. It's worth a look.

AWeber makes it easy for us to add customers to our mailing list through various methods, including an iPad in person, online, or filling out a form. We then transfer that data to Excel and do a batch import for new subscribers. With AWeber we are able to do targeted emails to certain portions of our mailing list, and add incentives for signing up or clicking on links.

Does all the main things you need an email marketing solution, Deliverability is good, and scheduling broadcasts etc. is all simple. You can also quite easily set up email sequences such as automated courses.

The system is quite dated now, and this is especially noticeable when designing sign-up forms - the editor seems quite clunky and basic. Segmenting mailing lists works fine but it's a tag based system with a bit of a learning curve and could be more intuitive.

If you want lots of automation it's worth considering alternative products, but for a basic email marketing solution that works, Aweber is a good choice.

AWeber is a great email autoresponder program.  For my individual website, it has allowed me to send automatic emails to everyone who decided to opt into receiving my emails. AWeber is easy to use, and it allows me to maintain contact with my audience. I would probably say the best part of this program is the price for what it does, and how convenient it is to use.

**What do you dislike about AWeber?**

I dislike how the design the emails are not very professional. They seem basic and lack character, which is not that great from my perspective. I want my clients to see my emails like they're corresponding with me individually, instead of on a list. Due to this, I find AWeber somewhat lacking sometimes.

I would say that it is a program which is easy to use. It does not offer the best design, however it is great for a starting business, and has been a great starter program to use. I would also say that after a few years, it might be worth it to upgrade to a more professional and sleek looking program.

I liked having a live demo area on the screen to review your issues. The use of this automated email software is practical and has excellent deliverability. It's exciting to be able to chat live with a customer support representative and also help with any questions you need to answer immediately.

**What do you dislike about AWeber?**

When the server selection is bad, it is inevitable that it will get bad results. Feel like an easy-to-use system. I'm still very new to the campaign, but it doesn't excite you or I didn't feel that way. It could also be easier to navigate.

The app has helped a lot in running campaigns across different brands and businesses, and helped us see the big picture of our marketing efforts in one place, including realistic initiatives, clickthrough rates, and results in lists.

I've used various email marketing platforms, and I find Aweber's email editor the easiest to use. It's simple and easy, as it should be. I don't feel like I'm fighting with it to get to work properly, and it makes writing and structuring emails the way I want a piece of cake.

**What do you dislike about AWeber?**

I don't like that I have to get in contact with Aweber to turn off double opt-in on some lists, even if I've already turned it off myself in my backend settings. That's my main complaint as it consumes more time than it needs to. Some templates are simple for my taste and for my niche market, but this is only a small detail compared to the benefits obtained thanks to this software.

**What do you like best about AWeber?**

I like in the first place that marketing with this platform is quite easy, the configuration and automation are simple elements to perform with Aweber, it also has innovative options to analyze the best functionalities and marketing strategies to ensure better results and achieve the reach of the goals, it is remarkable the monitoring of marketing by email since you can have a very complete vision of the campaigns and see the results of them and analyze a certain number of data that allow me to analyze the best results and change strategies if necessary 

**What do you dislike about AWeber?**

The support is slow, they announce an attention 24/7 365 days a year, but something is happening at certain hours of the night where the support is terrible, I would like at least you had robots to answer the questions pressing and that in a general way be resolved.
 

**Recommendations to others considering AWeber:**

I recommend reviewing the scope of the marketing you want to reach well, since if the subscribers are many, depending on the selected plan may fall short and leave many subscribers what would make your company look bad when it comes to attracting potential customers. Aweber has a variety of plans that need to be carefully analyzed to take the plan that best suits the marketing needs of the company. 

**What problems is AWeber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The bulletins that are created with the platform are great, and the most important thing is the security that Aweber has meant for the management of the subscribers who see in us a reliable alternative and that thanks to the Aweber platform is managed in a way very correct We can say that the quarterly results we obtained after one year of the implementation of Aweber for digital marketing have been better than previous years.
