READ BEFORE SENDING ANY MONEY TO AWAZ

I watched a webinar and was very impressed with what Awaz was claiming to offer. At the end of the webinar they offered a "limited time/number of signups deal" for about $1000USD for their software for the year. Falling for that old dales trick I signed right up.

Once I logged in I was impressed with how it looked. I started digging in and within a few days I started to learn that the software was not what they promised. Features that were shown in the webinar were not part of our dashboard. I asked their customer service rep, who is very accessible to ask for help and was told that the particular feature I saw and was looking for was not released yet and there was no estimate on when it would be added.

As I started setting up my system, I as well as many other people within the forum found that many of the features that were promised to be white labeled were not. There were many issues where people would have to tell Awaz that the billing go to the end user was showing the Awaz name etc. The same goes for several of the integrations showing Awaz. Several people on the forum were involved in a debate with the owner of Awaz regarding what he claims "white label" actually means, which I and others disagreed with.

It appears to me that Awaz has potential and is a real software system. I really liked it, but it just wasn't quite ready for primetime and during the webiunar there was no mention of it being a beta program where I would be paying for it while they work all their bugs out.

I reached out to my customer service rep with my concerns and she was very polite and professional but said there was nothing she could do when I asked for a refund. At this point I was only 2 weeks since I joined. I then spoke to the ower through the forum and expressed that I liked Awaz and would definitly want to check it out in the future when it was working 100% as promised, but could not use it in the state it was presently in. O was pretty much told tough luck and they dont do refunds so I was out of luck. I talked about giving good customer service etc. as I only had it 2 weeks and was opening several tickets on issues within the first 24 hours, but he did not seem care.

So, I guess I learned a $1000 lesson. My advice to anyone interested in Awaz is to NOT get involved in their annual plan. If you want to try it go monthly for a month or two to be sure it really works. Once you pay them your $1000 they will not care about your satisfaction.

I had to discontinue use as software does not work as promised. They will not refund annual payments even if you cancel within days. BEWARE

**What do you like best about Awaz AI?**

The onboarding and setup process was impressively smooth for a voice AI platform — Awaz made it easy to get up and running without needing to dig through endless documentation or code. The UI is clean, the flow builder is intuitive, and webhook/API support is plug-and-play for tools like n8n, Twilio, and Google Calendar.

Even as a non-developer, I could connect our call logic, booking links, and notifications in a single session. I can already tell Awaz is built for serious business users — not just tinkerers.

**What do you dislike about Awaz AI?**

Nothing as "not worked or broken" yet ... so I don't really have any dislikes at this point.

**What do you like best about Awaz AI?**

We started using Awaz to automate some of our sales outreach, mainly lead follow-ups and event reminders and it’s been great so far. The voice AI is surprisingly natural, and most people don’t even realise they’re talking to a bot.

What I really like is how customisable the flows are. You can tweak the tone and responses to match your brand, and once it’s set up, it just runs in the background. We’ve booked more demos in the past month than we did with manual follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Awaz AI?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start, and you do need to test the flows properly, but the Awaz team has been pretty responsive and open to feedback. It’s definitely freed up time for our sales team to focus on warmer leads.

- outbound outreach, follow ups, less burnout among the SDRs
- immediate contacting of leads via awaz bc timing is everything right so better conversions as well

**What do you like best about Awaz AI?**

Awaz is incredibly easy to use for something so powerful. 

The AI voices sound natural, the interface is intuitive, and the customization options for prompts and call flows are super flexible. I especially love how well it connects with Zapier and WhatsApp and makes automation feel seamless. The support team is responsive and takes feature requests seriously, which is rare.

**What do you dislike about Awaz AI?**

A few features still feel early-stage. I’d love more control over advanced analytics and a bit more flexibility with multilingual voice support. The interface could also use a few UX tweaks in parts of the agent builder.. nothing major, but it would help polish the experience.

**What problems is Awaz AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Awaz AI is solving the problem of manual, repetitive outreach.. especially follow-ups and lead qualification, that usually takes up a huge amount of time and resources.

Instead of hiring more people or using clunky call centers, I can now automate those conversations with a voice AI that actually sounds human and can handle real-time dialogues. It’s helped respond to leads instantly, qualify them on the spot, and even trigger follow-up messages via WhatsApp or email — all without lifting a finger.

The biggest benefit? saving time, reducing overheads, and still giving leads a fast, professional first touch.

Their support is excellent, the platform is easy to manage, and the pricing is very competitive. I’ve tried a few other companies before, and so far, Awaz has been the best by far!
