Recommendations to others considering AwareIM:

AwareIM is the best option for developing applications where you manage the entire system. If you need to integrate or manage other app database, it is also doable and easy; but there are some considerations to take and probably will need other tools and knowledge.

If considering of having a team developing on the same app, you will have to be very careful because AwareIM doesn't handle easily multi-programmer environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AwareIM solving and how is that benefiting you?

With AwareIM you can solve almost any problems. We are currently using it for CRM, Workflow, Project Management, Intranet, Integrations with other apps, Document Management, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best Customer Support I have ever experienced

Rapid development that is off the charts

Only needing dive into underlying technologies if I really want to...but don't have to

I sat looking at this question for over 5 minutes and could not in all honesty come up with anything. Every tool have it's little annoyances. But, "dislike". Nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AwareIM:

Aware IM is definitely different and if you are coming from some other environment then it will take a bit of discipline and focus. Make the effort to get over the hump. Once the penny drops, it will be worth it.

Things to focus on.... Reference Attributes, Business Object Rules and Processes. Once you master those then you will never look back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AwareIM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used Aware IM to solve a wide variety of business challenges. Leave Management, Expense Claim Management, Human Resources function, Training and Competency, Safety, Contract Document Management, Asset Management, AHP, Project Management, Cost Control and many more. What do you like best about AwareIM?

The platform is feature rich and very mobile friendly allowing us to reach a much broader target market than the last platform we used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AwareIM?

The platform lacks an easy to use import tool. Our clients work with huge data bases and need to import data files very frequently. The current import tool is very difficult to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AwareIM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am not a developer. Instead I work with prospective clients to determine what their needs are If I think we will be a fit I get our developers involved to see how we can meet the clients requirements. In 2 years, we have not found a single client requirement that we could not meet either through the AwareIM developer platform or API or Java integration. What do you like best about AwareIM?

AwareIM is the kind of tool that strikes you -like - "yes, that's the way I would do it!' That is, if you have the skill set to create development tools. Queries, forms, email and document templates, notifications, scheduler,report writer, change control - all there. Rule-based processes and actions - so your logic carries from desktop to mobile.
