The organization! Able to produce reports and see exactly where students are at in the process. I had to sort through the old paper files and I can't imagine going back! We are a mostly digital school so it makes sense that we would also have a digital form. And I love that students can just fill out one application and be entered into all of them, it actually makes. Wish there were email logs/more tracking. I like that we can email students through the website but I can't ever go back and reference what I sent. I make do by including myself in the emails I sent but I can't do that for the other people in the office who are also sending out notifications to students. Once I got the hang of it, and as a result of enhancements over the years, AwardSpring is easy to use and serves my purpose. The students have not complained about the platform, ever, nor have my reviewers. I find the customer service department excellent. When I have had an issue or a question, they are incredibly responsive and resolve my problem 100% of the time with a positive and friendly attitude, and always follow-up to make sure I am satisfied. Thanks to the Student Information Engine (SIE) the application process for the student is quick and easy and improves the accuracy of the data. I have experienced issues with the timing of the overlapping cycles in an effort to keep the application portal open between cycles. It is also tricky to edit scholarship criteria from one cycle to another and can result in redundant updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AwardSpring has simplified the Scholarship application process. Instead of multiple spreadsheets, all of our information is in one place. This makes it so much easier for our committee members too!
