I truly appreciate how quick and friendly Award Spring’s customer service is. The platform itself is user-friendly and intuitive, which has significantly streamlined what was once a rigorous, manual scholarship process. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Award Spring consistently rolls out updates that enhance the system without introducing many bugs, and I value how responsive the team is in addressing any concerns. The reporting features have also been incredibly useful for managing our data. The improvements made this year have been outstanding—they’ve genuinely made a big difference. Occasionally, the timing of updates can be challenging—especially when they coincide with the start of a scholarship cycle—but Award Spring is usually very responsive in helping us resolve any issues that arise. I also wish there were a simpler way to provide feedback to applicants about their scholarship submissions.I have seen in the updates coming this fall and next spring that there will be some AI integrations that should hepl with any issues I'm having with this.
