"Intuitive Recognition App That Keeps Our Team Connected"
5/5
What do you like best about Awardco?

I like that the app is intuitive and smooth to use. It’s easy to award points to coworkers, and I also appreciate that there’s a board where you can see others being recognized as well. Overall, I think it’s another great way to stay connected to my work and my peers. I think the connectivity to amazon and my work swag page is seamless. The pricing is the same as amazon and nothing is limited so its easy to shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Awardco?

So far I have had no issues using Awardco, but I'm sure the support is more than willing to help in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Culture-Aligned Recognition with Meaningful, Redeemable Rewards"
5/5
What do you like best about Awardco?

I love how simple the Cheers UI is, and how easy it makes it to recognize your peers’ accomplishments in a way that aligns with the company’s cultural values. Since the reward points are tied to a monetary value and can be redeemed, it also creates a real sense of accomplishment for the person receiving the reward. The ability to donate the cheers points to your favorite charity is also great feature that does not let you loose the points available to be used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Awardco?

I’d like Cheers to include more local charities so we have more options for donating our points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Human Recognition with Global Flexibility and Millions of Reward Choices"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Awardco?

Awardco redefines corporate recognition by eliminating generic rewards through its native integration with Amazon Business, ensuring market-value pricing and millions of options. The platform stands out for its high performance and stability, handling massive interaction volumes without sacrificing speed. This dynamism begins right at onboarding, which is fluid and intuitive, enabling a seamless transition for both managers and employees with a minimal learning curve.

The technological edge extends to AI features that help users draft more meaningful recognitions and provide HR with predictive analytics regarding organizational sentiment. Moreover, their customer support is proactive, serving as a strategic partner in culture building rather than just a technical help desk. Integrated with Slack and Teams, Awardco turns recognition into an organic daily habit. Operating in hundreds of countries and offering everything from travel to Wellness Spending Accounts (LSA), the solution delivers high ROI by replacing HR red tape with a vibrant, global, and deeply human social feed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Awardco?

Common gripes: clunky search filters, limited clothing options (size/color), and clunky admin reporting. Others dislike the lack of a native mobile app, slow holiday support, and restrictions on certain third-party Amazon items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Recognition, Needs Better Notifications"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Awardco?

I use Awardco for rewards and recognition, and I love the ease of use. It allows for peer-to-peer recognition as well as recognition from managers to direct reports, which can include points redeemable for prizes. I appreciate being able to see others being recognized and I also enjoy redeeming points for gift cards or other items of my choice. Additionally, Awardco recognizes work anniversaries, which is a nice touch. The initial setup was smooth as I don't recall any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Awardco?

Last time I received points and recognition, I did not receive an email or any notification about it. I would appreciate an email every time I receive something, as well as to my supervisor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awardco Makes Employee Recognition Easy and Meaningful"
5/5
What do you like best about Awardco?

I like Awardco because it gives employees a real opportunity to feel valued, appreciated, and recognized for the hard work they do. Recognition can make a meaningful difference in the workplace, and Awardco supports a positive culture where people feel their contributions truly matter. I also appreciate that it makes it easy for coworkers to celebrate one another’s accomplishments, which helps encourage teamwork, motivation, and a stronger sense of belonging. Most importantly, Awardco is a reminder that even a simple thank-you or a moment of recognition can have a lasting impact and inspire us to keep doing our best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Awardco?

One thing I dislike about Awardco is that recognition can sometimes feel inconsistent, and not everyone seems to receive the same level of acknowledgment for their contributions. I also feel the process could be more personal, since recognition coming directly from a manager or coworker can be more meaningful than receiving a digital award. Overall, I think Awardco is a great tool, but there’s still room to make recognition feel more personal, consistent, and inclusive for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Awardco?

I enjoy using Awardco for its perks when work rewards us. I appreciate being able to put gas in my car or food on the table by selecting Visa or Mastercard gift cards. Anytime I earn rewards, the website is easy to navigate and there are literally hundreds of gift cards to choose from. I love being able to spend my gift cards anytime and anywhere. The initial setup was pretty simple, answering questions was easy for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Peer Recognition Made Easy with Flexible Rewards"
5/5
What do you like best about Awardco?

I have had many award programs at different employers. I like Awardco best because you can recognize your peers directly. I have been on the job less than 6 months and have been able to cash in my rewards for what I would like, rather than items out a catalog or items I do not need. Love it! I was able to get a few cute things for my patio to enjoy this summer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Awardco?

That we are limited to only 2 points for our peers. Our team is so helpful, I wish we had access to 5 or 10 points to acknowledge each other a few times a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Huge Variety and Easy Rewards Redemption for Any Point Balance"

What do you like best about Awardco?

I really like the wide variety of options available, from the wide variety of merchandise to variety of gift cards there is something for everyone. there are reward options for all point levels - even as low as 5 points, so it's easy to redeem something no matter your balance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Awardco?

The downside is that if you purchase merchandise and run into an issue, the return or exchange process isn't always easy, and takes time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Employee Motivation with Flexible Rewards"
5/5
What do you like best about Awardco?

I like that it's easy to send points and kudos for good work, and employees can see them right away, which boosts motivation. I appreciate the wide range of rewards, like gift cards, Amazon products, and other options, which lets people choose something they actually want, making recognition feel personal. Employees feel that the rewards are meaningful and tailored to them because they have the option to pick something they will actually use, rather than it being generic. The idea of redeeming points for real-world benefits like an Amazon item or a gift card they wanted provides higher motivation and engagement. The setup of point values, kudos types, and reward options is simple and guided, and you can start with basic templates and customize them. Integrating with tools like Microsoft Teams or Slack is quick, making communication better. Plus, the mobile app setup for employees is very simple once the admin side is ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Awardco?

Limited customization for small or simple teams. For small companies, the setup and options can feel a bit more complex than needed. It would help if there were simpler 'quick-start' templates tailored for startups or small offices. Limited non-digital recognition options. Most rewards are digital (gift cards, Amazon products), which is great, but some teams would like more offline/local options (like local store vouchers or non-gift-card perks). More flexibility to add custom rewards or local partners would make it fit more markets. Occasionally clunky mobile or email experience. The mobile app and email notifications are clear but not always the smoothest or fastest. Faster loading, cleaner notifications, and richer mobile recognition features (e.g., quick-tap praise) would improve day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Meaningful, Easy Peer Recognition with Real Rewards"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Awardco?

Awardco is great because it allows me to recognize my peers and members of my ecosystem in a meaningful way. Recognition is always great, but when there's a monetary benefit as well, it carries more weight. The platform is super easy to use, and I like that it sends automated emails to the recipient as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Awardco?

I haven't experienced any major issues with Awardco so far. I did wish that the point expiration aligned better with our quarters or that they rolled over, because some of my teammates have forgotten and lost them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
