I use Awardco to buy company products and get virtual cards for personal use. I love how easy it is to use the platform. AwardCo allows you to recognize your employees on different levels, from tenure, performance, birthdays, etc. The program is easy to us, easy for our managers to recognize their employees quickly with meaningful comments. There is a wide variety of items for our employees to purchase as well. The program has a couple limitations that affect our business. Our managers get a strick amount of points to spend, yet we would prefer that some managers have more points than others.
