UI is easy to follow. I can find what I'm looking for relatively easily. It includes a big variety of possible awards. The integration with amazon is particularly easy since it doesn't require using gift cards and can buy items directly from amazon. The hotel integration is also particularly nice. The 1-to-1 pricing match with points vs dollars is consistent and easy to understand. Giving points is also very easy and the system guides its users along the way. Hotels can be hard to find sometimes. I dislike that the hotels tab only allows you to search by city, but then there is no search button or filter to browse specific hotel names. If someone wants to go to a particular hotel in a city where there are several possible options, it is not easy to find.

Also, it isn't useful to have the main page show "All" recognition by default. "My Circle" or "Peers" should be defaulted. Also, integration with Microsoft Teams or outlook to have a better suggestions for "My Circle" would be great. As it stands, the suggestions for "My Circle" are very much incomplete. I like using Awardco for recognizing employees and receiving recognition from managers and coworkers. It makes us feel appreciated. I love getting special shout outs and receiving points that I can trade for shopping. I've used my award points for coffee and an Amazon order. I really like the email notifications that let me know I've done a job well done and that my colleagues know too. Awardco's integration with my Teams and the WellDone app makes it even more convenient. The initial setup was very easy. It's a really easy way to recognize your peers, and receive recognition from peers, leaders, and cross-functional collaborators. The recognitions themselves allow you to tag others for visibility, and the points that go along with them make it a fun and incentivized way to thank one another. As a manager, I know how important it is to recognize your team. It goes a long way! We have an integration with Slack as well, so you are alerted right away (also by email) if you have been recognized. There are some very high point items in the catalog for redemption, and they are almost unachievable, so I wish there was a way to put up the remainder of the cost with personal funds. I also wish it incorporated loyalty for brand partners (like travel) so that you have a more seamless experience vs clunky and having to do it later with the partner directly. What I like most about Awardco is that it gives me a simple way to give my colleagues their flowers by recognizing both the big wins and the smaller, everyday impacts that our directors don’t always see from day to day.
