What do you like best about Award Force?

It's intuitive and not complicated to set up for our awards each year and easy for our members to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Award Force?

Can't think of anything major but one enhancement would be to have an option to be able to activate an automatic notification from the platform that reminds entrants whose work is still in progress that the deadline is coming up and they have not yet submitted their entry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Award Force solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have very complex awards across the real estate industry and each category has its own bespoke challenges and requirements, and Awardsforce enables us to lay out all the criteria and requirements in a clear way and enables us to collate and track a huge amount of data. It's hard to remove someone as a voter when they've already voted, we wish there was a way to tally votes better if we're using more than one score set Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Competition Management with Outstanding User Interface"

What do you like best about Award Force?

The user interface for program managers is excellent. It is easy to see how to enter and edit key information, such as instructions for entrants. I have just finished updating our competition for the next cycle, and found it a simple matter to set new round dates, change entry fields, and adjust pricing and discounts. I tested everything, right through to payment, and it works very well. Our community of entrants has no complaints and finds it straightforward to participate. I should also add that we love the broadcast function for sending messages to our entrants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Award Force?

We did have an issue in the last competition with automatically distributing entries to our judges. There was a glitch of some kind, and some of the entries were not being assigned. However, Award Force support was quick to the rescue. A hardworking technician tackled the problem, tagged all of the orphan entries, and got us into our judging period with only a day's delay. What problems is Award Force solving and how is that benefiting you?

Award Force allows us to receive entries and payments from participants worldwide, to distribute the entries to our jury (blindly, without the entrant's name, which is key), to track entries, users, and payments, and to communicate with all participants at the touch of the broadcast button. I should add the we first chose Award Force because the cost was competitive, and it's wonderful that this remains the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate Award Force because the customer service is unmatched. Every time I interact with their team, whether through email or calls, they display expert knowledge of the platform and are always friendly and approachable. They solve any problem efficiently and effectively. Additionally, transitioning to Award Force has been a smooth process, and the initial setup was incredibly easy. Moving away from a manual and time-intensive approach to using Award Force has made a big difference. I also like how the platform streamlines the technical backend for our internal award program, ensures a high-quality experience for entrants and jurors, and serves as a central hub for all award-related information.
