What do you like best about Awarathon?

What do you like best about Awarathon?

The best part we liked about Awarathon was their automated reports for all three levels, i.e., Supervisor, Trainer, and even for individual rep. They have a Sales Optimization report module, which divides the reps into various categories based on their sales performance. It also helped us to manage our entire salesforce effectively and even the onboarding process. What problems is Awarathon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Veritaz used to conduct multiple MDPs (Manager Development Programs) in different commercial divisions. At that time impact of training on sales was a significant factor for us to know.

Awarathon first acknowledged that our training session positively impacted the rep knowledge. Then they showed us our Pre vs. Post sales performances, which showed that training had a high significance on sales performances. It helped us to plan our training calendar accordingly

What do you like best about Awarathon?

The game based quiz was incorporated in the IPF awareness session in a superb manner. The game which was app based (andriod and ios - both) made sure that the overall session was interactive, knowledgeable and fun. We have been associated with Awarathon for more than three years now. Awarathon was involved with us in the Investor protection fund (IPF) to track data at a particular stage. As a growing company, all we required was effective sales training to match up with our growth's pace as it was one of the significant challenging problems for us. So, we thought of leveraging our process with Awarathon by using their knowledge assessments, video assessments modules for sales training, product certifications, and onboarding features for channel partners. The standardization of these processes, power of getting automated reports on a just click of a button made a lot of difference interms of clearity, which we observed after using Awarathon. The management now has clarity over the sales reports and competency gaps for teams who faces the customers, allowing consistency in sales pitches & better control over the product messaging, mainly to our devices & unique products in our healthcare domain. We wanted to improve our customer service and experience levels in all our diagnostic centers. It was possible only through training initiatives & having standardized work process. Awarathon created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)for each role such that desired competencies and responsibilities are designated. We used Awarathon's platform regularly for knowledge assessments, customizing video assessments based on the SOPs for respective roles. Tracking the performance of individual employees is appropriately done.
