The platform has allowed us to lead engagement activities for our reps. We were able to quickly and easily create contests and assessments for around 1,000 field employees and evaluated the sales representatives on various parameters like their product knowledge, body language, tone, and their customer handling. Seeing the on-the-spot reports helped us to understand how well they would perform in front of the Customer. **What do you dislike about Awarathon?** Our sales team had a bit of difficulty understanding the platform, but the support team has been very helpful in solving all of their queries swiftly. **What problems is Awarathon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Awarathon solves the problem of being able to efficiently and effectively gamify contests and assessments. It helped managers to see how well they are performing and identify their competency gaps. With this platform, we are able to make learning engaging and effective. ### 2. Also, each manager can review their team's communication practice and evaluate where exactly they are lacking. It is helping in getting better preparedness for the sales call." **What do you dislike about Awarathon?** Sometimes sales reps had difficulty logging into the platform and had some confusion with submitting their assessments in the beginning. But we don't face such issues anymore **What problems is Awarathon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improvement in the sales pitch.
