Awam is an AI sales agent and business system for small and mid-sized retailers in Argentina. The agent answers customers on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger using the store's real catalog and stock for each variant, builds the order, sends a Mercado Pago payment link and hands the conversation to the team when needed. Every sale is recorded in the dashboard with its customer and conversation, and stock is updated instantly. In the same place, businesses manage customers, products, cash register, suppliers, appointments, online store, shipping and electronic invoicing with ARCA (Argentina's tax agency). Integrations: WhatsApp Business (official Meta API), Instagram, Mercado Pago, Mercado Libre, Tiendanube, ARCA, Andreani and Google Calendar. Businesses using Awam have made more than 15,000 sales with it. Built in Buenos Aires by Lucio Michanie and Francisco Lebrero. 7-day free trial, no credit card required.
