It has to be confessed that the convenience of dropping guest messages directly to Avondata is my savior. I can meet needs of reservations, answer questions and even run promotional campaigns from one place. It absolutely does help me in communicating with the guests. This is a huge waste of the time, however, it is the worst during the time when we are in a rush. It is extremely hard to pull out even simple data and reports are difficult to customize. We have been very successful in streamlining of our front desk by employing the system of Avondata. The convenience of combing the process of reservation, and billing in one place simply implies that the process of check in and check out are quickly completed. As a cloud based management system, Avondata works well for small to medium size hotels, espercially chains. It can also be used with provide vacation property owners and renters with multiple properties. It offers features including front desk management, online reservation, and event management. What problems is Avondata solving and how is that benefiting you? The cloud system offers a fairly robust set of features of basic hotel function management. It can be used by multiple locations and properties and can work well for small businesses. Its online booking, basic event managment tools, and even point of sale features are its strong suit. I like the backup system, invoicing and messaging system quite attractive all this you can do from a single place. You don't have to shift to any other place to complete tasks.
