Avolv.ai is field service management software for pool service, cleaning, and other route-based home service companies. It runs the whole business in one system, from the first customer text to the paid invoice, so an operator is not stitching together a separate scheduler, QuickBooks, a texting app, and an answering service. When a customer sends a text, a photo, or a video, Avolv reads it, sizes the job against the company’s own catalog, and drafts a quote in about sixty seconds, in English or Spanish. An AI receptionist answers every call around the clock, captures the job, and books it onto the schedule. Dispatch and routing order each stop by drive time, and the offline-first mobile app keeps techs working in backyards with no signal, including pool chemistry logging with AI meter scanning. On the back end, invoices push into QuickBooks Online line by line and payments post back on their own, Stripe handles card payments and auto-pay, and recurring billing runs on schedule. A CRM pipeline, proposals with e-signature, marketing campaigns, and review requests cover the front of the business, and voice-to-invoice lets a tech bill a job by talking it through from the truck. Avolv is priced per service location, month to month, with no contract and no per-user or per-truck fees. Setup is a one-time fee scoped to your data migration and quoted before you commit, and annual billing saves ten percent. The company is based in Apollo Beach, Florida, and sold across the United States, and the founder runs sales, onboarding, and support, so customers reach the person who built the product.
