Collaborative work with the company is necessary to free up space in our agendas and stress. The system has provided us with solutions in the payment of employees, systems and taxes for which we are happy with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

We are much more flexible, it gives us the opportunity to have control to execute the payroll to our liking, adapting it to the needs of the organization. With its business management functions we shape administration, converting the way employees are paid to be more effective. It is certainly a payroll software powerful enough to execute the most complex payment calculations quickly and easily. The ease of use of the tool empowers employees of the HR and / or Administration office with or without extensive knowledge, to quickly adapt to the platform. What do you dislike?

One negative aspect is that to handle the diverse number of modules that Avitus Group has, it is not possible with a single username and password, but for each of these they must be different, taking into account that we can develop a better one. management in this regard with a single income pattern, optimizing this aspect would be potential. As opposed to this, our HR team is not frustrated by such a feature, so we can feel comfortable using Avitus Group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

This software facilitates the administration of payroll, benefits, human resources and IT of companies of all types. Its interface requires certain technical knowledge, but not very broad, so the adaptation is short, it has a great support team, which in turn helps to obtain fast and complete answers, very receptive and collaborative, always keeping in mind our experience, they also receive our comments and use them to constantly innovate. What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

We access all relevant employee information and make changes for the benefit of the company. We monitor all the skills of all staff, measuring work time, managing requests for both medical care and free time and we capture them in real time on the payroll to make the control of staff more effective.
