Everything is in one place. Our temps can access everything right from their phone.

24/7 and Bold don't always communicate.  There are some bugs between the systems that need work.

some useful things that i think Avionte should add would be an impersonate feature, if the candidate is stuck on a page we should be able to impersonate them without having to log in and back out

we have to be able to quickly access data, reports, persnal information and files. Avionte makes it easy by it being all on one platform and easy to search for it by using the correct terms

Avionte makes staffing a seamless process. There are so many features that make the process from new jobs to new canddiates an easier process to work through each day.

I like how much easier it is to send out documents.

I wish BOLD was more user-friendly and easier to understand. I don't like feeling like I have to completely relearn how to do my job.

**Recommendations to others considering Avionté:**

The transition to Bold would have been easier if we focused less on webinars to train and more on a hands-on approach. I learn best when DOING instead of watching, and it would be nice to have someone sit with us for at least 1 day to show us how to go through the motions with real candidates, as we are working so we can ask questions and make sure we are doing things correctly. I think the webinars with the parallel were helpful but it was information overload, and it was hard to figure out which parts we actually needed to learn because there are so many features we don't need.

Login issues have already been fixed. I'm sure there will be more things to address as we all continue to learn the new processes.

It is a web portal and can be accessed anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

The accumulation of training and knowledge base material is outdated, often inaccurate, and looks pretty rushed.  Have an issue, their support emails you back and forth, without very much care or urgency. Likely cause they are overwhelmed with things that break cause of updates, added features, etc. Their focus is being everything to everyone and market share. Discussions happen regularly about leaving them over this, even though we like the product and price. We certainly dont invest in as many back office features because of these things. Often their partnerships with third party dont make the features being sold and certified by them ANY better at all. Sense, for example, more limited then they say. This might not be true but my takeaway is there is poor management and planning. Chances are you are going to be unhappy with how frequently they have issues caused by poor planning and things they can avoid, and annoyed at them trying to sell you more product options instead of focusing on things they sold you. Their BI still doesn't work right.

I love that I don't have to upload Adobe documents anymore. I love the onboarding packets. The tools we use is Sense text messaging and Asurant backgrounds. It's outstanding. I really love the new BOLD alot.

There isn't a whole lot that I don't like. I would say I wish I could view some of the documents that get completed before they are completed. I also wish we could go back in and let the candidate fix mistakes instead of having to push out a new document.

The Classic platform orders integrate with the back end. 
 Hope there will be an applicable option for our company to use a mobile platform that runs in tandem with the Classic platform giving users the ability to use the platforms as they seem fit for their processes.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

-Lack of communication regarding changes, connectivity and updates.

Unable to utilize  Avionte mobile app solutions for clients and talent due to the following :

- Unable to use TimeRack as the Customer has visibility to all customers a talent has worked for in a work week/billing period.
- Unable to use WorkN not available to Classic Users.  Unable to use with BOLD since BOLD does not have a scheduler.
- Unable to use 24/7.  Only integrated with BOLD.

Take advantage of the Knowledge Base and free training.   Read all updates and news letters carefully.

A centralized DB for opertations, billing and payroll.


Business performance increased when we 1st onboarded with Avionte 2016.  We haven't seen much improvement since that is applicable to our company. 
 We moved our recruiting onboarding to another software provider due to improving business performance.

**What do you like best about Avionté?**

There is so much potential for this software to be the best in class.  We love the Sense integration and the team's willingness to integrate with other products.  The software is an all-in-one staffing solution with embedded payroll/billing features which meet our needs well.  They are headed down the right path and committed to the end product.  Also a big fan of Greenshades!

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

The customer support process is a hassle, you have to put a ticket in before you can talk to anyone in support.  There is a  lack of customized reporting capabilities and we have found many issues with comparative data between the BO interface and the FO/BI platforms.  The software currently lacks much true automation for pipeline and staging processes.    We have also run into issues with sales reps and commission creation.

**Recommendations to others considering Avionté:**

Ask a lot of questions on the front side and if you are converting data from another platform have them walk you through some of the best practices for mapping your data.  Use the sandbox and run your system's parallel for a period of time to really get a feel for the dos and donts before the live date.

We were previously on another platform that was very slow and dated, this software has improved some of our process time

**What do you like best about Avionté?**

Avionte is a great combination of both user-friendly and powerful software tool. From a back office standpoint, it has greatly allowed us to maximize our efficiencies. The reporting options are strong, and generally easily exportable to Excel for quick manipulations, and the filter tools make entering large amounts of data much simpler.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

The tech support when dealing with issues can be lacking at times. The ticketing system generally works well for long-term projects, but when dealing with in the moment tech issues, it can take longer than you'd hope to get to a high level support person, but once you do they are usually able to resolve.

**Recommendations to others considering Avionté:**

Avionte is a very powerful tool, but it is worth considering exactly how it will fit your business. The BOLD platform has a lot of capabilities, but not all of them fit our needs, so we have had to customize how we use the tool, so doing a thorough review of how it will fit your process is essential before implementation.

**What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to increase our total business greatly since switching to Avionte without needing to increase the size of our back office team. This is due to the efficiencies Avionte allows, as well as the ease of training when dealing with turnover. The time entry and time import features have been a huge benefit to our team and company.

I don't like when you hot list someone; you can't leave a note by their name. So you can see a list of people you hotlisted but can't see why you hotlisted them.

There is an issue with sending onboarding tasks. It often kicks us out or says we don't have access to them. If they could resolve this, then it would speed up our processes.

The system is linked to third-party job boards, which makes posting jobs easy and simple.  There is the ability to mass email and text employees which saves time when recruiting for new jobs.  Online applicants and their paperwork are imported into the system with ease.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

At times the support team sends you articles for troubleshooting instead of taking the time to help you troubleshoot.   The transition from Avionte Classic to BOLD has not been seamless.  We still have unresolved issues.

Manual data entry regarding applications and supporting documents.  Integrated job boards.  Both of these make us more productive in saving us time to recruit.

**What do you like best about Avionté?**

We've been using Avionte for 3 years. It is highly flexible. I can login from anywhere, anyplace that has an internet connection. We can access Compas from our office, home, remotes, AND mobile. It handles the vast majority of our recruiting and staffing tasks. The entire team loves the product!

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

It only keeps the last calendar task on the dashboard, when you can have multiple events tied to a candidate or contact. 

**Recommendations to others considering Avionté:**

continue making improvements! Give me things that i don't know i need until you roll them out... I would love training seminars on Reporting.

We capture all our business processes and tasks within Compas. Since we have implemented Compas we have grown 34% last year, and we are on target to grow another 42% this year!

**What do you like best about Avionté?**

User - friendly Interface.  Easiness to upload resumes and onboard hires. Good integration with adobe sign. They are growing, and had some downtimes, but good that they are addressing this, as well as notify customers of all planned maintenance and so on. Also, they had some bugs  with the engagement extension, couldn't save a new date, but seems like they've solved that.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

No mobile-friendly interface, esp when you're posting jobs to your company's website, and if you open job links from your phone, there is such a wrong design, in terms of buttons from Avionte hide the part of the post.  Also, it takes some programming skills to integrate with your website. 
Also, it's been slow recently and had some downtimes. Also, there is a limitation on the number of candidates, you can go one -by one only over 10K candidates, and in order to cover another 10k, you can sort them from Z to A, but what about those in the middle,  that's definitely something you're to find a way out... Als

Avionte is a great applicant tracking system compared to the rest of the systems in the market. It is effortless, integrated and it works very smoothly and fast. It allows you to integrate it with various other platforms and quickly adapt to your needs.

I don't particularly appreciate that sometimes it crashes or gets slow. One more thing that I don't really like is that it keeps opening additional screens in your web browser instead of opening them in the same tab. It should be optional for the user to open a new account if needed.

With this system, I can track all my applicants, employees, run different reports, process payroll and keep a history of all the activities and tasks for my clients and candidates. The most significant benefit is that I can have everything I need at the same place. Also, this system is straightforward to learn and use.

We signed up with Avionte in 2018 after our staffing software company that we were using closed. We were a bit hesitant at first because with our previous staffing software company, we were getting not just front office but also back office. Avionte really helped us transition seamlessly from our old staffing software to theirs. It has been 2 years since then. So far, the software have worked out well for us. We also like how they give us partner integration options. Currently, we are using two of the integrations and are pretty impressed with the mergers. We are planning to finally transition to BOLD next year, and we cannot wait to use it.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

The only thing that we kind of dislike is the ticketing system. As we have noticed that sometimes it takes time for the support to reach to us. But we do not have too much issue with that since we can call in immediately for someone to look at the ticket if no one has responded to us through ticket portal.

If you are looking for a front and back office in one place, Avionte is definitely the software for you.

Combines most staffing software into one software—increases efficiency by not having to switch back and forth between different programs and lacking integration between them.

Overall this is great software, and I would not hesitate to use it; like anything so large as an end-to-end solution, there will be issues. The support center is set up to easily be able to address any problems though I do wish some major issues would be addressed with more urgency.

**Recommendations to others considering Avionté:**

Avionte has a lot of integration partners that can make your life a lot easier, like Maximus, Asurint, and ADP plus many others that are worth looking into. Have a list of all data that you would like to track or will need and make sure that the reports offered, will supply it or that they will supply it accurately to see if any customizations are needed. Have a grip on how you process ACA because Avionte doesn't accommodate all the different ways it can be handled and be prepared that if you regularly charge late fees that Avionte calculates these in an accumulating fashion and cannot account for a straight fee. There are a lot of small issues with Avionte that often can't/ won't be addresses but all issues aside overall Avionte has been a very useful tool in our day to day operations.

We went from using multiple softwares to complete day to day tasks to one, this has really helped with making our processes more streamlined and simple.

Avionte provides a ton of tools that come standard within the program that make life far easier and more efficient for recruiters, sales individuals and payroll staff. When then later combined with additional tools and integrations, the system can provide an unreal level of "work smarter, not harder" and "let the system do the heavy lifting and reminding for you". It's an awesome tool that I can't recommend enough, considering just how much it makes my life as a recruiter easier. I do recommend Adobe as an integration as the information entered can be populated back into Avionte to minimize additional workflow needed and streamline operations for you and your team. The tearsheets are also one of my favorite tools as it opens the door for great candidate management and relationship building. The Talent search page can be utilized for every job and task a sales person or recruiter would need to complete.

The speed of the program can be a bummer.

We are utilizing high-end data tracking for our management team and provide intensive data back to our customers. Avionte provides a great solution for end users. Every record is connected, making it easy to navigate in the system and tie payments and invoices together. Delivered reports provide useful insights and help us manage our business. Utilizing partnerships have made our onboarding process paperless.

It can take months for Avionte to resolve issues in the system. New features are not communicated or trained on. Documentation is not provided, updated, or is removed periodically from the knowledge base. Time tracking is lacking and is what currently holds us back from moving to BOLD. Workflows are rudimentary. No MFA for portals or Aero.

**Recommendations to others considering Avionté:**

Avionte is a great tool for certain verticals. We have LI. IT, and Aerospace clients that are a great fit for this software. O&G clients have more requirements that make Avionte difficult to customize. Depending on the vertical, this software may be a great asset to your business.

I'm using the Avionte Classic platform, and I really like how many features are packed into the software. Tabs are available to detail everything about the candidate. Favorites lists, resume parser, a powerful search feature, and a massive set of built-in reports. Best part, imo, is the integrated calendar. I love simultaneously creating a calendar event and linking it into a note for a candidate/employee.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

The Avionte Classic platform is extremely non-intuitive. Out of our whole company I know the most about using this software, and I still have to look up how to complete some tasks or change some features. The Admin Tools section is incredibly powerful, but poorly documented and the tools themselves are poorly named.

**Recommendations to others considering Avionté:**

Start with Aero or Bold - the Classic-only solution will require a steep learning curve.

**What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using the Candidates feature to great effect, both in building pools of eligible candidates for clients, and in reviewing applicants who have chosen specific jobs that interest them. I also very much value the integrated calendar. My co-workers can see what I have scheduled, and add people for me. We connect calendar events with the associated employees/candidates, so that everything is tracked very closely.

The best part of this software is the flexibility of the platform. Our firm utilizes both the CRM and ATS sides of the platform and have even been able to integrate their job boards with our website. The software has allowed us to do everything from open job orders to pipeline candidates to even marketing our jobs.

There are no big downsides to utilizing Avionté! As they continue to implement new features and integration partners, I am finding the platform more and more useful every day. We anticipated that there would be some disruption to the quality of service when Avionté purchased our previous provider Compas, but the service only got better!
