So the mobility is a definite plus! I also like that fact that it pulls positions that a candidate may fit and the like candidate option is pretty nice also. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** The search options can be cumbersome so there is a learning curve. I have seen operations where the integrations aren't available and there is quite a lot of wasted time. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** My over all complaint would be on the size of the font. Most people that have had a complaint on Avionte has been about the font and not being able to adjust it. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** If youre looking for a great program that will allow you to quickly onboard, manage and recruit new employees this is a great program. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our ability to onboard and get our employees dispatched is greatly reduced with the proper usage of Avionte. If ever need to look up something its all there. Also running reports in avionte are amazing. if its deductions, pay history, workers compensation. Simply as running reports to see who are the employees that are on assignment. The thing I like the best form everything is that its very user friendly. within weeks of using it I got a good feel of most of the things in Avionte. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** What I dislike from Avionte would be the amount of time it takes sometimes to load the program or to download a document. One thing I have been struggling with was pulling pay stubs how you cant select all the pay stubs you need and print at once, it has to be pulled individually. There are time I need to pull about 30 + stubs for an employee and i have to do it one by one and its very time consuming. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** They won't regret using it back office experience is amazing. Avionte has everything for WC, Payroll, back office and much more. What I enjoy working with is the different types of reports that you are able to run, specially working more in the Workers Comp. Everything can be logged and the reports are ran monthly with the different types of claims. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems we have and are solving now would be document uploads, not all of our recruiters upload documents but getting better at it. The benefit we've realized is that if we need for example a meal waiver we have them uploaded. ### 8. I would like to be able to crate some folders under the documents section of the talent. This would assist in being able to pull up some documents when you have many documents that you have to store in this section. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** It is a user friendly software. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dashboard has been a very useful tool in keeping myself organized and getting a clear view of what I need to do for the day as well as any outstanding tasks. It also provides me with a view of expiring tags. The calendar shows me what jobs are beginning and ending which also keeps me organized. ### 9. Don't spend days or weeks on setup, templates, etc because you don't know what you need yet. It doesn't work like your last system so you have to break your mold and start from scratch. In their own words they “replaced a workhorse with something sexy…” I’ll take the old (workhorse) software that actually worked and was user friendly. Nothing makes any sense for the people that actually need to use it in the field, and then we all found out that actually this new version – well, it’s not for back office so we still have to use the old one for that but now the good usable information is gone? I personally feel like our company got “had” when they agreed to this package, it’s definitely not an upgrade. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** Look at other alternatives, and beta test them before taking the "upgrade". Customized software sounds nice until you launch, nothing works like it should, and then a lot of the features of their previous software that were actually useful in everyday work are "no longer available", or the new system simply can't do it. We went live in February after a delay, and here it is September, and we have just gotten to the point where most of the "glitches" are worked out. Keep in mind, we have had to use this software since the day it went live. There was a LOT of productivity lost for 2+ quarters **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only capability this software offers is online onboarding documents (when they work) and an integrated video interview recording capability - although Zoom has been around for years and until Covid, our company did not sanction phone or video interviews as an option ### 11. With Covid-19 changing the way we handle recruiting, this has been very handy. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** The links to the on-boarding documents expire after 24 hours and candidates seem to have a hard time logging in to access them afterwards even when we reset their passwords. We asked our Sales Representative to look into having the links expire after 48 hours and he told us we could put a ticket in as a "suggestion." The platform is not very user friendly, every time you look something up a new window pops up, the system is slow and sending documents or downloading them can be time consuming when the system decides to freeze up. Repetitive data entry. If you place an employee on assignment, you have to go to the user accounts section and enter the same information there. Since we went live, we have had a couple issues. The main one being one portion of the program is not working (adding tags) We are on 2 full business days and have yet to get any type of response from support.
