Also, I'm sorry to hear about the invoicing process and project management confusion. I'd like to assure you and anyone reading about the work currently underway on improving both of these: - We are simplifying and shortening our finance and invoice workflow to remove points of failure and double handling you may have experienced. - Furthermore, a huge project is already underway to revisit our full customer journey and optimise every touchpoint for a renewed customer-first focus. This covers everything from onboarding to delivery to invoicing (as mentioned above).
