Nothing at all. The company has no reason to exist. The whole purpose of Avetta is the same as - lets have a meeting to arrange a meeting - pointless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Avetta? Where do I start? I am forced to use Avetta. I have to pay to use them in order to do business with a client. Pure tick box exercise. Client sets wording that is applicable in USA but isn't in the UK. We're in the UK. So our insurer won't amend our policy to use the wording they want. So every year we have seek a variance. For something that is irrelevant to our client. Yet avetta don't understand what that requirement is and how it has no bearing on our company. Seeking a variance should be easy - but it is not. Avetta staff are as useful as chocolate tea pot. Owh - don't put two telephone numbers in the system or the telephone 'help line' won't recognise either of your phones and will put you in some loop to talk to a bot rather a person. There is actually nothing i like about htis organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Avetta? Never given a straight answer, constantly told different things by different people. I got told i had to put one of my settings as manufacturer supplier and manufacturing services because I bring our own cleaning products into to clean. They do not have an open and honest pricing structure, they wont tell you how they work their prices out and how they apply them. You have to wait for the inflated invoices. They doubled the costings from year to over double the amount after. The site is not bad to use however you have to duplicate constantly, and even if you are a safet contractor you still have to duplicate the work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Avetta's organization system is the cleanest of any of the safety clearing houses that we use. The homepage hub contains nice visuals of current scores, comparing that to industry average. Time and expense - neither of which is unique to this product over other safety clearing houses. The setup time is a bit extensive - needing documentation and data from several years. What problems is Avetta solving and how is that benefiting you? Some clients of ours insist on the use of Avetta for a clearing house prior to starting work on a job. Therefore, Avetta is literally a necessary part of being able to receive work. I also find Avetta is a great source of quick information regarding your scores vs. an industry average. We use a lot of safety platforms for different customers and this, without a doubt, shouldn't even exist or be allowable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Avetta? Everything! This system is a total scam. They add connections without requesting them and automatically charge your credit card without authorization. They are only in it for the money. Fees are excessive and if you pay more they will even give you a standard safety plan. They don't care if the companies are actually utilizing the safety programs. I would not recommend this system to anyone. Whoever signs up for this is doing a disservice to their company and any company that they work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Absolutely nothing. The best way you can tell this is a scam is how the boutique industry that popped up around this company with, new companies getting paid to "help" to get you through this BS. I was literally told that they don't care if we actually use the safety procedures & manuals that they require, as long as we turn in their paperwork they are happy. So in turn they are doing nothing to make anyone safer, just lining the companies pockets & making us spend thousands of dollars a year to comply with something that is a total joke. See above, the absolute circus of bullshit hoops they make you jump through to continue doing the same work that we have been safely doing for twenty plus years, with perfectly clean safety records. Best of all, we turned in the EXACT same safety manual as another company that does the same work as us, and when I say EXACT same, I mean only thing different was the name on the manual & ours did not pass. Only got ours to pass when I used their templates to double up on safety protocols that were 95% the same as in our same safety manual that passed the audit 3 years ago. Overall the smoke & mirror show that Avetta is helping with safety in any way shape or form is absolutely laughable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Solving nothing, wasting an unfathonable amount of man hours to go back and forth with an agent of Avetta that should not even have a phone number on his signature line, because he in over 6 weeks of back & forth hit on the phone 1 time and that was when I called customer service requesting to speak with someone in management. Absolute joke. If any companies are judging the safety of contractors that they work with based on Avetta clearing them, they are misinformed, gullable, or just plain obtuse. Avetta is user friendly as a client, using this software to upload all of my data and documents and also being able to manage all of my documents at ease it more than what I can ask for and meets the expectations of what this software is suppose to do.
