The UI of Avepoint Cloud Backup is pretty old-looking and not at all easy-to-use for non-tech persons. Moreover, for each document, it conducts a fresh security scan, which consumes a lot of time and processor memory. Their support team is not very active in answering queries and when the backup is restored or retrieved, the restored data is not always consistent with the original data (especially for CSV and Word documents).
