Once a schedule is set up for backup, it continues backing up Microsoft 365 documents on its own, based on certain rules (if we want to) and that is the best thing about AvePoint Cloud Backup. I could even set up multiple backups in a day at different intervals to ensure that the frequency matchedthe updation schedules of files by different remotely located teams within our organisation. The UI of Avepoint Cloud Backup is pretty old-looking and not at all easy-to-use for non-tech persons. Moreover, for each document, it conducts a fresh security scan, which consumes a lot of time and processor memory. Their support team is not very active in answering queries and when the backup is restored or retrieved, the restored data is not always consistent with the original data (especially for CSV and Word documents).
